This is a sample page. It differs from a blog post because it stays in a fixed place and (in most themes) appears in your site navigation. Most people start with an “About Me” page where they introduce themselves to potential visitors. The text might read something like this:
Hi! By day I’m a bike courier, by night an aspiring actor, and this is my website. I live in Los Angeles, have a great dog named Jack, and I like piña coladas. (And getting caught in the rain.)
…or something like that:
“We celebrated our wedding here, the service was outstanding and the food was perfect. You rarely experience such kindness! We got great advice beforehand and had the wedding of our dreams. I’d recommend the restaurant for any occasion!!!”
“Large hall suitable for events. Plenty of parking.”
“We were thrilled! Great food, excellent service! Highly recommended! We had a lot of fun 🙂Keep being the way you are—it’s just right!🙂🙂”
“We had my son’s wedding there and I have to say everything was very good, and the staff were quick and efficient. We were very, very satisfied and would recommend the venue.”
“We’ve had several celebrations here—birthdays, a golden wedding anniversary, and more. Food very good. Rooms clean and cozy. Restrooms very clean. Great kitchen and rooms, plus a top-notch owner and staff. Highly recommended. We’re having another celebration there again this year.”
“Beautiful location, also great for smaller celebrations. The food is delicious. The inn has plenty of parking.”
